Question Upgrading my Dell E521

I am considering upgrading my Dell's processor, I have used CPU-Z to confirm it is a AM2 socket motherboard. The only thing that I am having trouble doing is deciding which processor to get.

Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Windsor 3.0GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM2 125W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops
Or
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.1GHz 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM2 89W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

Please note that overclocking is not a option here.
Thanks !

2nd one
125W vs 89W
125W puts out A LOT of heat
plus it's .1 ghz faster
