Celerons are P4's that have half the onboard caches, which equals less performance and slower speeds overall.

The price difference is not that huge.. not enough to justify the hit in performance.

is the 533fsb one more expensive cause its harder to find 533fsb processors? kind of like how pc2100 ram is more expensive then pc3200 ram*in some cases*

looks like it doesnt come with a heatsink most be an OEM one
