Default Upgrading my Aspire x1930

Couple years ago I brought my x1930 Desktop for the purpose of general internet browsing but recently been getting hooked on Pc gaming, Noticing my system is pretty much terrible for casual gaming I'm looking for some advice on upgrading my Pc. Features And Specifications - Acer Aspire X1930 Manual [Page 9]

I believe in the SFF chassis it came with I could only run low profile cards and with the 220w Psu I wouldn't be able to even run the best low profile cards. If I put my Motherboard into a Midi case such as Xigmatek Asgard Midi Tower Windowed Case - Black [CPC-T45UB-U02] (Assuming it would fit) can I add a new higher powersupply and enable me with larger physical space in my Midi case to run a single slot standard PCI-E card such as the an Asus HD7750.

If so could anyone help me understand what powersupply I would need for my particular motherboard, so overwhelming all the things i've read.
