Hello, let me first say that I am not an expert in the field of computer hardware.
Okay, so I want to buy a new graphics card so I can run PC games more efficiently. I recently bought an ATI Radeon HD 6950 and it lasted about a month before becoming defective and I had to send it back, the reason for this I don't know. I now use my old graphics card which is a Radeon HD 5450. Although it's decent it's not exactly great for gaming, it barely manages to run games like Team Fortress 2 on medium settings. When I had the 6950 it ran great, games were working well, but it was a bit too big for the PC so I had to pretty much squeeze it in. I want to know what graphics card would be best for my PC.
Computer Specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon II X4 640
Motherboard: ASRock N68-CS UCC
Memory: 8GB RAM
1TB Hardrive
PSU: 600W Corsair
This is the first time I've posted a thread like this so if I've missed anything out please let me know, like I said it's the first time I've done this, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
