whats the best all around graphics card i can get for like 50-90 dollars? right now i have a PNY Geforce 4 440mxse 64mb

Memory Clock 600MHz

Thats about the best one listed... there was a 6600 listed with 8 pixelpiplines, but no mention of core or memory clock rates.
