Default Upgrading but worried about bottlenecking!

So I'm buying a HD Radeon 5830:
Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100297L Radeon HD 5830 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ ATI Eyefinity Technology

But I am scared I may have a bit of a bottleneck. The current CPU I'm running is a Athlon X3 435 Overclocked to 3.4Ghz:
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon II X3 435 Rana 2.9GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Processor ADX435WFGIBOX

Running 4GB of DDR3 RAM

Would I be bottlenecking?

I doubt you will have a problem with it.

What motherboard are you running? Have you tried unlocking the fourth core on the CPU?

I have a Newegg.com - ASRock N68C-S UCC AM3/AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
I indeed have tried unlocking the fourth core, But It will not work, Guess I am just one of the unlucky people who get a truly dead 4th core. I may try unlocking it again since it is so easy with my BIOS

Edit: Just tried unlocking 4th core again, goes into a endless boot-loop.

Is there any certain reason why I loop when I unlock the fourth core? Could it be because my CPU voltage is stuck at 1.275 and cant go any higher

Probably not. It sounds more like the fourth core is unstable/unusable.
