Default Upgrading

Whats up everyone? I have a quick question that im sure all of you can answer.

I just purchased a SONY VAIO "VGN-SZ330P". It's windows vista capable. It holds an Intel Core 2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00GHz. It has 2.00 GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM. It has a 105 GB hard drive as well.

The question is.. what parts do i need to upgrade in order to have windows vista Aero run smoothly on it?. Can i even upgrade to Aero without encountering issues? If you can share your knowledge with me it would be great! Thanks!

You told us all but your graphics chipset/card. You meet all the other requirements, but it will be your graphics that make or break you.
