Are you going to run windows XP or Windows Vista with this new build? If you are going with Vista I would invest in atleast one more GB of Ram for a much smoother experience all around

yeah vista the ram is only 43 bucks right now for 2 gigs i could drop another 43 and still be in budget just looking to save money so thatd give me 4 gigs which would be plenty :p which i more than likely will end up doing

Zmatt is probably going to laugh his *** off after this.

Go with the E5200 instead, its 2.5ghz and overclocks like a champ. It will beat the X2 6000+ any day of the week.

There no one can say I m biased now. But Intel still is an evil and inferior corporation. Anyways go with the E5200 because it will over clock much higher and with less heat distribution. Which translates to lower temperatures.
