why would you ever need, 16gb of ram?

get the ssd, you only need 4gb

Personally I'm getting the vertex 3 60gb

Why would you ever need 1000K of RAM, or a hard drive bigger than 5MB?

I ended up getting the 60 GB Vertex III 60Gb and 8GB of RAM because 4GB isn't enough for when I'm running virtual machines and whatnot.
