Exclamation upgrade of memory to 2gb

recently bought some memory,1GB PC2700 333mhz DDR 184-Pin Memory w/ FREE Heat Sink, and wanted to find out if i should expect to have any difficulties with this memory, would appreciate any advice/ pointers/ feedback in general as to wether this is dodgy stuff or not.
