Upgrade - Help needed!

Hello,

I need an advise for upgrading my ASPIRE M5711. This is my original specs.

Operating System - MS Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP2
CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 @ 2.50GHz
RAM - 2.0GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 400MHz (6-6-6-18)
Motherboard - Acer FMCP7AM (CPU 1)
Graphics - 1024MB GeForce GT 120 (Sapphire/PCPartner)
Hard Drives - 313GB Seagate ST332081 3AS SCSI Disk Device (RAID)
Power Supply - Liteon PS-6301-08A 300W

The part I'm considered for main upgrade are the OS, RAM and Hard Drives.
Graphics card and power supply is secondary.

I'm hopping to play several of my favorite game like Diablo 3, Crysis and COD:Black Ops.

If you want to play games, GPU and PSU need to come first. The Q8200 is fine for gaming, you will want another 2GB of RAM, and although not really that necessary I would get Windows 7 or 8 as well.

Yes for crysis , black ops (and you will probably play newer games soon) you want to upgrade your Graphics Card, RAM and therefor your PSU (probably about 500w)
