Updating graphic card

I currently have this card

Radeon X300/X550 Series (400mhz) 128mb PCI

and i want to get a cheap upgrade thats better then that card, would i notice a big difference with this card

XFX 7600 GT it goes for 150$ im willing to pay 200$ at the most the game i play is world of warcraft so i dont think i need a real expensive card for that game any suggestions for a new card for 200$ and under would be awesome thanks!

I advise to get a videocard by ATI.
For game in the World of Warcraft well will approach Radeon X1600 Pro AGP 256Mb. Its cost approximately 140$.
