Default TV Tuner / Video Capture Card

I'm interested in getting a card that can receive TV from coaxial cable and can capture component video and audio.

Can anybody reccommend a card for this or give me advice on what to look for?

I've been looking around newegg and I'm wondering why some cards are so expensive, especially compared to a low-end TV which supports the same features.

Any comments on it?

Arg, more questions...

Seeing as how the deadline is in 2009, would an HDTV tuner be better? Would it stilll play normal TV as of now?

Also if a card has component video input but not audio, what would be the best way to get those to the PC?

Sorry about no replies, I try to help everyone out with TV tuner questions. Thats the exact TV tuner I have, and it is the one I always recommend to everyone. It is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Good choice by the way.

As for HDTV, you might want to think about getting one, and the one I'm getting doesn't work in Windows so I'll try and find out that looks good for Windows on Newegg. Give me like 30 minutes.

I have that same card, only that mine has a remote controller. You will not find better card for that price. I got this one. It works with windows xp. as for the audio, you need a adapter with rca input and in the other end a 1/8 audio.
