Default Which TV Tuner Card

I currently own a WinFast DTV1000 T and it works great under windows 7. However i now need an analogue input aswel as the digital so I am looking to change it. Since i have heard freeview hd (im in the UK) is becoming available in the near future is there a tuner card (either pci or pci-e x1) that is capable of running the HD, and analogue. I dont really need multiple tuners but it would be advantagous. I would also love it if it has a FM and DAB tuner built in but again I can live without these.

Is there such a card?

I emailed leadtek and they recommended the DVR3100 H or PxDVR3200 H, but I cant find either of those for sale in the UK.

Newegg.com - Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2250 Media Center Kit Dual TV Tuner 1213 PCI-Express x1 Interface

Dual Tuners, Digital and Analog, FM Tuner. It is available in the UK, I believe, but I don't know enough stores there to find one online.
