Default Transferring OS from HDD to new SSD

I'm thinking about buying a new SSD, how would I transfer my boot files from the HDD to SSD?

Thanks in advance

To elaborate more:
Cloning software such as CloneZilla, Acronis True Image, etc. I personally prefer CloneZilla.

That's purely a matter of personal preference, not a hard and fast rule as you seem to imply.
