Default Tips appreciated with build quality/price

Trying to build a decent computer that will

A: Last me a while before needing to upgrade
B: Have room for upgrading when it's time.
C: Cost less than $800 (Over that right now by about $75.)
D: Run cool enough that I have some room to OC later on
E: Hackintosh once I get it running.

I'm looking for criticism of any parts that I list that are crap and lower prices ( no kidding huh? ) I've been scavenging forums and shopping sites like newegg, tiger direct and such. Here's what I've come up with.

Any tips are appreciated, going to build it slowly ordering a piece at a time (so the Mrs. doesn't see how much I'm spending ) So I'll have time to do some more window shopping.

Thanks for the help.

I have an old copy of XP laying around, could use that if needed, but maybe WIN7 worth it? Use OS X at home and for work. Haven't played around with Vista or 7 but all of the previous abortions left a bad taste in my mouth.
