RAM: $70 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X 1600.
HDD: $70 750GB WD Caviar Black.
PSU: $120 Corsair HX650 ($10 MiR).
GPU: $250 EVGA GTX 560 Ti ($25 MiR).
ODD: $20 Sony Optiarc DVD/CD Burner.
OS: $100 Windows 7 Home Premium OEM.
Case: $50 Rosewill Challenger.

SubTotal = $950 (*edit $912)
Mail in Rebates = $35 (*edit $50)

Total = $915 (*edit $862)

This is assuming you just need the tower and no monitor/keyboard/mouse.

*Edit - Didn't even look at combo deals while building.
You can get the CPU + Corsair TX650 for $212, plus a $15 MiR. The difference in the PSU is that it is not modular (doesn't have removable cables).
