Thinking about Building in a few Months.

Is this a Good Bunch Of Parts I havent chosen a CPU yet because
1. Core2 is Set to Drop
2. Amd hasnt come out with their next Gen yet.
This would be the first time i built a PC so i dont wanna run into problems so im just trying to go with what i know will be good.
Need to stay around 800-900$
