He's talking about the card manufacturer which is Albatron, not the actual GPU which is built by nvidia

You'll see numerous Geforce cards produced by different companies...evga...leadtek...BFG...XFX etc.

evga is generally agreed on to be the best

Ok final question the Video Card has two DVI ports. That means it's time to upgrade my moniter to one that has DVI plugins correct. Is it time to toss away the CRT and go to a LCD. If so what size is recommended 1024x768 resolution a 19', 20', or 21'?

if you only want 1024x768, 15 inches supports that already

if you want 1200x1024, go 17inches

1600x1200 go 19 inches

for the brand, get viewsonic, sony, and ya....

So I take that as a yes the monitor must be DIV compatible are there any DIV CRT monitors out there? Will DVI-D work with the video card it only states DVI

or you can just get a dongle that goes from DVI to VGA
