Default Thermaltake 430w psu?(link).

I was checking out newegg and found a(looks to be) promsing PSU for a good price. Anyone have any experience with this power supply?

Asustek P4SD-LE
P4 478 2.ghz
Radeon 9200se AGP
80gb 7200 Western Digital
Sound blaster audio card
400w generic PSU.

This PSU will be compatible with everything I have right? Sorry for all the questions.

yeah your system isnt very power hungry so that wuold be ok

but this power supply is better
