It would be cheaper at newegg and you are dealing with a great company who stands behind there products.

your mb-cpu $120 + 23 shipping = $143

Newegg.com - Intel Pentium E6300 Wolfdale 2.8GHz 2MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops $81 free shipping

Newegg.com - MSI G31TM-P21 LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards $45 + 7 shipping

= $133

Ram:

Newegg.com - Crucial Vostro 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model CTVOS2GBD2S806C - Desktop Memory $37 free shipping

although you would be better served with 2x1gb for dual channel mode.
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-6400PHU2-2GBNR - Desktop Memory $48 + 6 shipping
better yet 4gb 2x2gb for $86
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ - Desktop Memory

On a side note:

These are not recommended for Intel Chipset Motherboards.

The board you want is an Intel chipset so be warned. It also worried me that they do not say who the manufacturer of the ram is.
