Is there a 3 pin adapter for a 4 pin molex?

My case fan from antec has a 4 pin molex. I want to connect it to the mobod to be able to control the speed with the mobod controller but need a 3 pin. Is there a way to do this?

there are 4pin to 3pin adapters that will allow you connect the fan to your motherboard but will not monitor rpm. If you are concerned about controlling the speed of your fans, a fan speed controller may be your best bet.
