Default Terabyte of hard drive space

wow i had no idea they've already had the technology to reach a terabyte of hard drive space... anyone know where to get this kind of hard drive??? its for sale when building alien comps, and i'm just curious as to where i could get one myself... not that i'm buying it... just wonder.

Who would need that much space on their hdd? ~_~. It'd be a lot cheaper just to put in multiple smaller ones. I couldn't find anything like that on monarch, newegg, or google searched. So idk. Where'd you hear about it?

There aren't any yet available. This just means you have like 2 500GB hard drives.

They have 1TB created but that is in perpendicular recording.

no no, you can get them on alienware.com , build ur own comp you can put 2 1 terabyte hard drive's on ur comp, so ya... why would anyone do that..... i don't know ...

wow you must not do very much with your computer then..... games take up like a couple gigs now a days, and big photoshop users take up gigs of space from hugs *** psd files.... what do you do with ur comp??

go to ebay. i saw a hard drive that hold a terrabyte there for over $500.

btw. terrabyte = 1000GB

Yeah I think I saw a 1 TB HDD on a Dell server.
