Default Temperature programs?

I want to know the temperature I'm running on my newly built system, where can I find a program that will test my computer to the limits and tell me the temp it's evening out at?

I wouldn't recommend SpeedFan...not as reliable as others.

I recommend: CoreTemp (for processors), Everest, RivaTuner (for graphics cards).
