Default Temp of CPU and Video Card

Okay, i figured out my Vid Card temp at 65c when idle. Whats a good program or way to find out my CPU temp?
Also, anyone know a good way to benchmark my system? Im curious with the resent upgrades to see how things are going and make sure everything is working well.

Thanks!

Yea those temps are fine. Keep things under 50*C and you'll be good.
