Writing up my list of computer parts to buy but at Tiger direct http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/Category/category_cpu.aspthey sell 2000 bus speed for the cpu and at my local store the chips are 1600. Does this matter alot?

Also How important is cache speed. 512k to 1meg.

All the motherboards i see say pc3200 400mhz max.

Well, first link doesnt work.

The cache speed doesnt make a huge difference, raw speed > cache size.

You can not use DDR2 ram with an AMD system (s939) only DDR ram.
