Default Teamspeak/Ventrilo Server requirements

I found a link displaying the minimum requirements and recommended for Teamspeak and Ventrilo. However, it didn't seem to give much info on the size server it would support. Computer hardware is typically my area of expertise, but this is my first attempt at running my own server. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.
