Default Tablet PCs....

I am looking to get a laptop before I go to Germany next school year. I have narrowed it down to the IBM ThinkPad Tablet. But are they that good? I know I would definately benefit from it as far as note-taking and ease of use in college. But I am also a thinking of getting an Apple PowerBook.... What do you think?

Well, if you're going to use it in college, and are looking for something that would be easy to take notes on, I'd get the IBM ThinkPad.
