Default Suggestions on vid cards

I'm looking at upgrading my comp and maybe getting a PCI-E mobo. So if I do I need to upgrade my vid card. I'm looking at used cards for about $150. I've been looking at 6800 and x800 series and other cards. Would like to be able to overclock them with aftermarket HS/F. Any suggestions on any cards?

If I upgrade my system will probably be
Socket 754 athlon 64 3000 (OC a little)
1024mb ram

rofl anyways, if your going with pcie, stick with the 6800 if you can sped around 50 dollars more you should defintely go for the 6800GS

You know the X1600pro isnt that bad either.

I would definately recommend you try and get the 6800 GS. it costs under $200 but is a great performing card. it also has shader model 3.0 which future games will need.
