Default Suggestion on psu with modular cables

looking for a good psu with modular cables. ive been looking but only found a few. anyone have any suggestions? needs to have a 24 pin power connector

The cheaper one would be a 400 Watt Enermax Liberty. However, like Pzero said, we need your exact budget to make a good decision.
