i got the: IPIEL-LA3 (Eureka3)
or the HP E9107C computer
got this as gift: MSI R7770-PMD1GD5 Radeon HD 7770

any suggestion on a new PSU?

CORSAIR CX series CX430 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Newegg.com maybe the 500 watt may work better wait till other users respond

The above will do, but now is a great time to buy a quality 650W like a Corsair 65p0tx IF you plan on building in the next few years.

I agree with the above. If you plan on upgrading that 7770 any time soon I would get something quality like a good Corsair or a Seasonic 620w.
