Startup Problem

Is it bad that when I startup computer, it loads first 2 pages, then when it gets to Hardware Monitor it stops and doesn't go to next page? Is there any way I can troubleshoot it?

What pages are you talking about? Are you saying you opened a browser, or what?

When I turn the computer on it shows the Biostar screen, It has not fully Booted up yet. Then it goes to the hardware monitor page where it show my temperatures and voltages. And it get's stuck on that page.

Does it say verifying DMI pool data, NTLDR not found, or any other message at the bottom most portion of the screen?

No it just show a flashing underscore. And stays on the screen.

A text interface is the BIOS. If it fails to get past the bios you are having post problems, which means you have a hardware problem. Is your computer making any beeping sounds? Motherboards beep error codes through the internal speaker.
