SSD upgrade for Adobe software

I've currently got a 1TB WD Black HDD with all my OS, data and softwares.

Frustrated with slow speeds, I got myself two 128GB Samsung 830 SSDs that I've been recommended to use as a RAID 0 setup for my Adobe software, Lightroom catalogues and some data.

What I'd like to do is install the SSDs w/o having to re-install Windows 7. Is that possible?

I don't want the OS on the SSD because I don't care about fast boot times. My main need is faster load times for various Adobe software.

Motherboard is the Gigabyte X58A-UD7 running BIOS F6.

Thanks in advance.

SSD's don't speed up just boot times, they speed up the overall latency of accessing your files and everything else. The only thing an SSD doesn't do is increase FPS in games. In other words, general computing is overall 100% faster in every way due to the increased responsiveness of your PC.

You can technically RAID and re-install your Adobe products onto your SSDs but I would do a fresh install to get the full benefit from having SSDs in your system.

What I forgot to add in the first post is I want to keep the OS in the HDD as is. Only move the softwares I need to the SSD.
