Which SSD

I've been out of the loop for a while and my system used to be pretty ballsy but it's starting to get a little dated although still runs everything without a problem, (well one problem in windows but if I get a SSD ill be putting a fresh install anyway) Well anyhow I wanted to get a SSD for the operating system and install everything else on my Terabyte HD to help speed up boot times and run smoother without having tons on the OP system drive, My question is which ones are the ones I would want, and what ones do I want to avoid, Looking to keep the price as low as possible and don't need a huge one but wouldn't mind 100 gig but a little smaller would be fine. Just started this search so I figured I'd ask here to help narrow down on what ones to look at and avoid.
Well My MB only supports sata 2 so I wont be getting the full speed of the sata3 but may as well for use in a new system if I build one any time soon. I'm looking at a few, Opinions appreciated.

Well doing a little more digging I leaning to this OCZ and with a 5yr warrenty I'm liking it.

I would get a Corsair Force GT or try to find a Samsung 830. I still prefer the 830s over the 840s and the 840 pros are still way pricey.

I ended up ordering one last night, What have you heard about OCZ not being here for the long run, lol wish I heard this last night lol I ordered this one, not so bad for the price if it dies after OCZ goes away if they do, but if they don't it has a 5 yr warrantee on it, hope it works out and ill post how it goes after I get it installed, csnt wait for the fast boot times.

The problem is degradation is quicker due to OCZ drives being made with lower quality materials.

OCZ is in a financial jam and has been since last summer.

Well if it fails I hope it does it in the first 30 days then I can RMA to newegg for a different brand, hopefully I get one of the good ones

No it was shipped first thing this morning, I'm not too worried about it, Might not be the best but still decent quality, I've had various OCZ stuff over the yrs and the little I used customer support it was very easy to deal with them. You live and you learn I guess. Just hope I get a good one LOL. Thanks for the help and know which ones I'll be looking at for other builds.

Yea my Vertex 2 is a perfect example. Supposed to be so bad but I guess there are some good ones in the bunch.
