Default Speculating on my second Build

Hey my first build went great and all despite the fact I had to RMA my small case and etc. But I've been thinking about a Micro Atx case this time around and this is what I got.

Newegg.com - Foxconn TLM624-CN300C-01 Black/ Silver Steel MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case 300W Power Supply - Retail

Newegg.com - ASRock ALiveNF7G-HD720p R5.0 AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 7050 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Brisbane 2.6GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 65W Dual-Core Processor - Retail

Newegg.com - Foxconn FV-N96TM3D2-ON GeForce 9600GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

So can anyone tell me if the video card will actually fit or not.

By the way I m planning to just take 2 gigs of ram of this one and my second 250 gig hard drive, along with the DVD player. But does it look like everything will fit alright? And I know some people will ask about the PSU right away which I did pick out already, but for fear of ridicule didn't show it. But it is built for a Micro Atx case so I m not worried.

Kind of wanted a nice small compact case this time around. Cause dealing with Full size Atx cases is a pain in the ***.

Does getting one without on board video really cut down on the temperature? Or is it just better to be able to operate with a lighter board in my situation?

it's just another chip on your motherboard that takes up space that you don't even need. that's my take on it.
