So am I correct in that you can run just one SATA drive?
You can run as many SATA drives as your motherboard has SATA headers

Thanks for all the help, SATA Drive was installed without any problems. Nothing I did would allow me to run my old IDE drive as a slave, not sure if this is a motherboard issue or what, so I tossed it in my 2nd PC as a slave and just access it via the network.

But again, thanks for all the help, really enjoying having such a large drive :)

You can also slipstream drivers if your controller card, onboard controller card or controll were developed post SP2.

I'm not sure that Microsoft will allow you to replace your XP disk.
Old cd keys will not work on newer versions of XP.
MS seems to update their keycheck algoritms at every release.

Here is an interesting sidenote....microsoft has different cd key ranges that add or remove certain feature from the installation and windows.
Speaking of secrets......microsoft also has a set of secret menus that seem to be accessible through the run command....
