Socket 939 motherboards

I know everyone and their cat has owned one of these, As a whole, what does everyone think is the best or atleast a really good and user friendly socket 939 board? My friend has a 3200+ laying around and everything is getting cheaper so I guess it's building time just for kicks. One catch, The power supply we have has a 24 pin connector so keep that in mind.

Yeah, that's the board I was gonna go with in the first place but I heard it's kind of hard to set up? Do you recall at all what you had to do to get it up and running. I don't wanna have BIOS problems with the processor like I did with the Asus board again.
