Founder's Edition is simply reference. So it's up to whether you want a rear exhausted card or not.

don't get the founders edition, it isn't worth the extra $100 especially if you don't care about overclocking..

I think Founder's will be worth it to me. Blowing heat into the case sucks and I think eVGA's ACX 3.0 cooler looks absolutely terrible. Don't plan to water these either.

Crossfire on the new AMD RX 480 looks quite impressive so far for only about $400- $450 total.

RX 480 is a 199 dollar card with Fury (non X) performance. They have a founders 1070 too. The extra price is worth it to those who want reference blowers.

MSI has 4 variants coming out for the 1070, one reference that's NOT a founders edition and a card that comes with a water cooler already on it, I'm looking at the EVGA this round but waiting until there other variants start coming out so a few more weeks to order.
