...my pci-e port went bad?

i turned off my computer in the afternoon when i went to class, and when i came back, turned it on, and my desktop is all funky colored... so clearly a problem with the display. i go into catalyst and it says that there is no graphics adapter installed, but an image is still coming through the video card.

so what i want to know is if this is a problem with my mobo or my graphics card. my onboard works just fine, but i wouldnt want to buy a new gpu and then also have to buy a new mobo.

Try re-doing your driver's for the card,Ati is notorious for driver problem's,My old 9550 used to do the same thing to me all the time untill i found a driver that actually worked.
