right well i got bout £350 for my birthday n i wanna buy a new computer, i need the case and everything contained within, kinda would be better if it was 939 but im not sure about which amd are best and if you can get one cheap for a 939. i need a good graphics card to play newish games like cod2, summat in the range of an x800 or equivalent from nvidia. i can always upgrade my ram in a few months as i get a bit more cash but i need to focus on my budget. so heres a list of what i would like in my computer, oh yea, i can build it myself as well.

case anything cheap, i dont realy care what it looks like, (black)
psu (i heard value ones arnt good)
cpu (939 if poss)
RAM (value 512 if it means staying in the budget)
graphics card (as above deffo PCI-E)
MOBO (939 if poss =s as above)
Hard Drive (doesnt remotely matter bout size, upgradable)

anything else that i need

£350 buget, remember i DO NOT NEED screen, speakers, keyboard, mouse.

any ideas would be welcomed greatly as well as any advice

thank you in advance.

Do not drop the RAM to 512, games will be stuter.

That looks like a good build, except Trifid put a s754 mobo with a s939 CPU.

Just change that to a s939 mobo (Gigabyte is good for cheap builds) and you should be ok.

I am actually on a PC very similary specced to this (awaiting graphics card, as the X1600pro is really bad so using intergrated...)

Edit for your Q: micro ATX is the same as a ATX board but has the PCI slots knocked off basically. It is good for a cheaper build.
