Simple problem to fix I'm sure but I just can't remember

Ok I used to have two operating systems on my computer but just have the one now. When I turn on my computer it goes to a screen asking me to select which version of windows I would like to load. It shows 2 vista's and an earlier version of windows as it calls it. Only the button vista works and I only have the one installed. I was wondering can I have it so it boots the button vista by itself?

easy way:
computer > properties > advanced > system startup and you can set the default OS there.
this is for vista (or really server 2008). im sure it is similar for XP.
