Default Silent PC

Anyone fancy building me a silent/extremely quiet pc ?

All it needs to be powerful enough for is internet browsing, and watching You Tube video's. It'll be connected to a 720P HDTV too.No need to include the O/S in the build as i will be using linux.
Nothing except a browser a the OS will be installed, so if a small SSD can fit into the budget that's great. I would build it myself but i really only know what I'm doing on high powered systems, I've never ventured into slow PC's before

Tight budget of 275 (no need for monitor, OS, peripherals etc)

Thanks. No need to link parts if you don't want to, just name them and im happy to find them myself.

Would that PSU fit in a micro ATX case?

My current PSU would put the space shuttle taking off to shame!

An elite 330 and a 400CX? I've actually used that combination and it fits just fine.

You can shave off some dollars from that build by getting slower ram.

I just took my PSU out and measured it and its exactly the same size as that one so it will fit like a dream.
