People see open box and run off. With Open box you still have the ability to rma so its not like your getting screwed over. The only thing you sacrifice when going with an Open box product, is that there usually isn't any drivers CD that comes along with it. But as Nick pointed out you can get drivers EASY online.

Thankyou, who has installed the drivers that has come with their card? They're usually 6 months out of date anyway...
