I'm planning to build a gaming computer for my sister. She usually play the game Sim, which I figure she doesn't need a graphics card. She has roughly around 450-500 to spend. She doesn't mind buying a graphics card for upgrade in the future. Give me some input on which item work best, which would be a wiser choice.
