Don't know mobos.... sorry, but get the best mobo, and a 500 or less HD.... HDs are easily added and get cheaper every day.

the power supply that comes with the case is a peice of crap and i don't suggest you use it.

you can keep the case if you'd like, i would just ditch the psu that it comes with and spend the extra on a reputable one, like this one.
Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply
this will run that system with no problems.

you could go with this mobo.
Newegg.com - BIOSTAR A785G3 AM3 AMD 785G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

and if you can buy it in time, that 640gb black that baih777 listed is a great deal.

if the special is over by the time you're ready to buy though, you could go with this one.
Newegg.com - SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

yes it does, you'll have to adjust the ram speed and timings in the bios though.
