I'm interested in a hard drive that can move files between Mac and PC's without a problem. From what I understand most hard drives are capable of this as long as they are formatted in Fat32. I recently heard about the Seagate Goflex drive, and one of it's advertised features is that it goes easily back and forth between Mac and PC. Is this drive simply formatted in Fat32, or does it employ any kind of superior technology?

And while I'm here, do you all recommend any portable hard drives in the 1TB range? Right now I'm deciding between the WD Passport and the Seagate GoFlex.
