Question SATA hdd problem

i just got 2 new SATA hdd for my computer, one is 160 gb and the other one is 250 gb

i install the window on the 160 gb and try to connet the 260 gb one, and a problem occure

the 250gb one only loaded up to about 130gb, same as the 160 one. i try to use the old ATA hdd to load it, but it comes up to be 230gb, which is fine. but when i ues the 150gb sata to load it up, it's still show 130gb....><

i just want it to load up to 230 gb, so that i can use it for backup all my data.

please help me.
