Default samsung "high density ram" on A8NSLI DELUXE

thinking of buying 2x1GB samsung ddr400. says make sure MB is compatible with high density ram. have A8N SLI Deluxe, 3500+, 6600GT, 2x 36GB raptor(raid0) + 80GB WD SATA. planning on upgrade 4400+, 2GB DDR, 7900GT512. will this ram be ok or should i get the low density units.
