That might actually be an issue. I'm sure my Dell 350W psu will be tested to its limits. I wonder if I should even test it w/o getting a new psu since I'll be adding two additional fans (one on the heatsink).
I scanned the other reviews and found a happy customer who said this:

Not a hiccup yet. and it starts with the motherboard. I was very pleased. Was somewhat skeptical of the PentiumD but this is the 900 seris not the 800. And this was my first system so all of the diagrams and picture layouts were very helpful.
That's the exact same card I have. I'm going give one last look at alternative mobos and then give this plan a go sometime this week. Thanks for everyone's input. I may be back once I actually try to rebuild this thing.
