I stumbled across this for £349.99 ($544.77) on the internet.

Processor (CPU): AMD AM3 AthlonII Quad Core 630

OVERCLOCKED To 3Ghz Per Core = 12Ghz Total Power
Stable 10% Overclock For Performance
Motherboard: nVIDIA 8200 Featuring nVidia 8200 Chipset
With 16 x PCI-E, 2 x 1xPCI, 2 X PCI
Memory: Crutial Ballistix 4GB DDR2 800Mhz PC6400
Hard Drive: SEAGATE 500GB SATA2, 7200RPM & 16MB Cache
Optical Drive: SONY 24XDVD+/-RW Lightscribe & Dual Layer
Graphics Card: nVidia GeForce 8200TC 1GB
Direct X10.0, Pixel Shader 4.0 & Dual VGA & DVI
Case: COOLERMASTER Elite 330 Black Tower Case & 650W PSU
Connections: 10 x USB2.0, 1 x GIGABIT LAN, 7.1 HD Audio & 2 x PS/2

I'll be mainly using it for World of warcraft. My question is, is this a good quality gaming system that may play with a good fps on max settings? And is this really worth the money?

Thanks guys.

That's got an integrated GPU, so it's not going to play WoW very well - it definitely won't max it out. Depending on what power supply it comes with, you might be able to add a decent GPU to it.

Also, I really wouldn't trust any retailer who adds this to their specs:
STANDARD 2.8Ghz Per Core = 11.2Ghz Total Power
OVERCLOCKED To 3Ghz Per Core = 12Ghz Total Power
It just doesn't work like that, so they obviously have no idea what they're talking about.

This would be a much better idea:

It's cheaper, newer, but if you're wanting to play WoW at max settings you'll definitely want a bigger budget (£5-600 at least).
and this would be a good choice of graphics card:
